What do you 'get" by working with Mark?

You want things, more of this and less of that, more happiness and less stress, more money and less body weight. Is this the key to your happiness, getting more of this or less of that? Or is there something deeper that resonates in you that does not need more or less to live in true freedom?

You have goals such as to lose weight or becoming lean, getting fit, becoming stronger, the list is endless. But you are rarely present in your body or life and so you are easily tricked. I guide you back to a starting point where your effort is not clouded by your history or your endless mind "chatter".  Living in presence that creates "speed" in your life that it even transcends your goals. 

Everything we do together on a physical level will move you closer to inner freedom, not just while you exercise but in every aspect of your life. The individual training will help you achieve your physical goals, but more importantly it will free you to find the space of who you are and what you do aren’t separate. This will change your relationship to everything in your life.   

We use movement with all its force and energy to bring you into deep presence. Exercise can strengthen your connection to your body and provide a sense of achievement. You test yourself, you struggle, and you can find peace and bliss. I guide you to a place I call zero+bliss,  it's the place within you that becomes free of struggle and allows you to move freely toward the things that are important to you.

Your training won't resemble training sessions from your past.  Although you will work with sigificant force, our goal during your sessions is to move your body, and your mind, quietly, efficiently, effectively with little moaning, grunting or angst.  You may be making the same movements as you have in the past but they won't look the same and they won't feel the same.

 I will guide you to understand that most of the pain, struggle and anxiety you currently feel as you work out comes from your mind, not your body, from the stories you hold from past experiences and the stories you project into the future.  I can help you clear the stories and your effort will be much more productive and more enjoyable. 

During the session, I guide you to draw on not only your own energy but the energy of everything around you. As you develop this skill, you will perform better and have more vitality.  More importantly, once you come to know your connection to the universe better, you have little to fear.  You will move instinctively toward knowing what you know and  life will deepen with each moment. 

The work I am and do at it's core is about guiding and leading the charge of moving people "closer to everything"! I created Working-In, Working-Out™ as a tool of progressions that brings people "closer to everything through motion" and the force of the outside world coming through you manifesting you as a powerful being.
